A 16-core flagship synthesizer with 8 expansion slots for even more future capability. Patented physical and electrical docking system. The system was exhibited to critical acclaim at numerous industry trade shows but ultimately the client was not able to complete manufacturing after production tooling was completed and components were in procurement.

The Dasz Alex modular performance synthesizer combined retro and futuristic elements in a ground-up design conceived by and for performing electronic musicians and DJs. Tactile control interface with lighted encoders, dials and soft buttons could actually be played like an instrument. This device may have been ahead of its time, and really presents the experienced user with a blank canvas with which to make music and entertain.
All of the following audio clips were completely generated, synthesized and processed only on the performance device with no additional PC, software or other devices involved.
